Distribution

We offer insured logistics services across the Tunisian Republic. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

Climatic Preservation

Our products contain high-purity natural lipids. While we formulate for stability, DODCH is not responsible for products compromised by improper storage (exposure to temperatures above 35°C or direct sunlight) following delivery.

Sanitary Returns

In accordance with Article 37 of the Tunisian Consumer Protection Law, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once the safety seal is broken or the product has been opened. This policy ensures the highest standard of hygiene for all our clients.

Damage Claims

In the rare event of a shipping error or physical damage upon arrival, claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt.
