Returns & Exchanges Policy
At DODCH, we stand by the quality of our hand-poured formulas. If you change your mind, we accept returns for **unsealed, unopened, and unused items** within **14 days** of delivery.
**Sanitary Regulation:** In accordance with Article 37 of the Tunisian Consumer Protection Law, cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged once the safety seal is broken or the product has been opened. This policy ensures the highest standard of hygiene and safety for all our clients.
Climatic Preservation
Our products contain high-purity natural lipids. While we formulate for stability, DODCH is not responsible for products compromised by improper storage (exposure to temperatures above 35°C or direct sunlight) following delivery.
Damage Claims
In the rare event of a shipping error or physical damage upon arrival, claims must be submitted with photographic evidence within **48 hours** of receipt to our customer service team.
